Spring!

First signs of spring, Mr. Darcy playing with a feather and bulbs are getting in bloom!

Can't wait for some sunshine, maybe later this week. Hope so!

Candy Time and Photo's

Meet one of Mara's favorites, Saint!

And this is my sweetheart, if only she could be mine!

On thursday we go to the stables for Mara's lesson, I the meantime, while she was on her favorite (very little) horse, I brushed this gorgious Tinker called Miss Moppie. She is so sweet!

Do check out Bev's great blog "all the things I love". She has some candy to give away because of the coming new stamps (can't hardly wait to see them!) at Whiff of joy.

LSoS sketch #33

And here it is, the latest sketch from Little Shop of Sketches. Such a wonderful sketch again, Tanya sure can make nice ones!

I used the Alissa line of Bo Bunny, Jenni Bowlin felt flower, bling is from Prima. The edges are Doodlebug. The letters "love" are Maya Road, I painted them first with "blush" from MM and covered them with black Ranger embossing powder after stamping them with clear ink and a Prima stamp.

layout en photo's

In de tuin zijn de boomklevers alweer op zoek naar een plekje om een nest te maken. Deze bleeft rustig zitten toen ik een foto wilde maken.

In Ommen zijn Monique en ik nog gaan wandelen, helaas begon het al snel te regenen. Toch nog wat mooie plaatjes gemaakt al zijn het er dit keer niet veel. Volgende keer beter!

Dit is een van de layouts die ik dit weekend gemaakt heb. De andere zal ik morgen laten zien dan staat hij op het blog van Little Shop of Sketches.

Onze Mr. Darcy, de lieverd, moest gisteren onder het mes. Nu is hij een "je weet wel" kater. Arme kat, maar het gaat goed met hem. Hij zit Smoes alweer flink achterna. Morgen mag hij alweer naar buiten, dan kan hij zijn energie weer kwijt.

Our Mr. Darcy, sweety, had to undergo surgery yesterday. He is now a "you know what" cat! Poor guy, he is allright now, giving our other cat Smoes a hard time again. Now he's been helped and chipped he can go outside, that will be good for his energy!

Dit is de quiche die ik zondag heb gemaakt. Met zalm, champignons en courget. Heerlijk!

Deze kaart gemaakt met de stempel van Pollycraft. Zo lief, het papier is van de kit van Paper and Pictures. De bruine rand is gemaakt met de nieuwe Martha Stewart pons en de stempel afdruk is natuurlijk ingekleurd met Copic Markers.

This card is made with the stamp of Pollycraft, so sweet. The paper is from a cardkit, the brown edge is made with the new punch by Martha Stewart. The image is colored, of course, with Copic Markers!

Whiff of Joy stempel gebruikt voor deze kaart, het papier is van Webster Pages, ook hier de pons gebruikt.

The beginning of a wonderful flower, the Hellaborus. I so love this plant that brings spring real early. It starts it bloom in februari in such wonderful colors. Some even have spickles! As if it's been painted!!!

This is one of the beautiful roses that I got for Valentine. It's so gorgious!

I got this wonderful Martha Stewart punch from Ebay. I'm so happy with it. It came within a week. So fast. All the way from the States. Used it today on a card, will try to make a photo of that tomorrow and post it. Too bad these punches are not available over here.

Gisteren deze kaart gemaakt. Papier is van Daisy D's.

Yesterday I made this card with Daisy D's paper. On top of the Copic Marker color I used Shimmerz to let it sparkle!

Deze foto is van woensdag toen er aardig wat sneeuw was gevallen. Toch is de lente in aantocht, de bollen komen alweer omhoog.

Last wednesday I made this photo, when we had some snow. Although spring is coming, by the looks of the bulbs coming up.

Onze Mr. Darcy, voor het eerst even naar buiten. Het is een hele stoere kat in huis maar buiten vindt hij het allemaal even griezelig! Na vijf minuten rende hij weer naar binnen. Wat een avontuur!

Our Mr. Darcy is 6 months old and today was the first day to go outside for a bit. In the house he acts like a very tough big cat but aye, was that scary outside. What an adventure!
