Magnolia card

A couple of years ago I ordered my first Magnolia, straight from Sweden. Now you can get them almost any where, it's become a big company with a real magazine (so wonderful, full of inspiration) such sweet papers (12x12) and lots more stamps.

This stamp is from the Yummy for my Tummy line.
Shimmerz paint on the Prima flowers, paper is Magnolia.

Stamped image is colored with Copic Markers I used a Maya Road swirl, covered with Flower Soft

This card is now at the local craft store of Gerda in Putten.

She ordered some Flower Soft so this card is to show what the product is all about.
Have you seen the Blog Hop at Belles 'n Whistles stamps? Go check out the blogs, so much to see

Will show you my mini album soon.
Have a good weekend, thinking of you when I'm working!
Hugs

Sketch #54

This is sketch #54 for Little Shop of Sketches.
I used Webster Pages from the My Creative Scrapbook oktober kit and some Creative Imagination transparencies.
What a young couple! My DH was learning to be a police officer and here we had the change to visit the school to see what it was all about. I think I was 23 years old.

The "beautiful day" card is also Webster Pages, I cut it up a little, and inked the edges some more

Thank you so much for looking!

Nikki Sivils North Pole Nights

Here's one of the projects I have been working on lately.
It's with the North Pole Nights line of Nikki Sivils.
Isn't it cute?
The stars are made with Glimmer Mist, the stars itself, that I used like a screen are last years' from Xenos. Hope they will have more shapes this year!

Alpha is Daisy D's also from last year
Love the cut-outs and the little flag is sprayed with Shimmerz Spritz, stamped with Nikki's cute stamps and I put some Tilda treads around the wooden end.

Thank you for looking!

Little Shop of Sketches - Simple style

Because Monique is on vacation I took over here week for Little Shop of sketches.
Tanya Leigh made this layout, it's a nice one (again).
And since I had limited time to make it I choose the simple style.
Don't you just love that photo?
I'm so proud of Robin, he's so sweet. Doing great in secondary school, first year.

The paper is My Little Yellow Bicycle, Autumn Bliss , alpha is Thickers and Pink Paislee.

Thank you for looking!

Little Shop of Sketches and G45 layout

A long long post this time, two layouts to show you, starting with:
Here's sketch #52 of Little Shop of Sketches made by Tanya Leigh.
The girls of the DT made some wonderful layouts so go over there and leave a little note, if you like. This is my take of the sketch, it's about my sweet cat Smoes.
She is such a sensitive cat.
Doesn't like to be picked up. Jumps up when she hears a loud noise like a sneeze.
And only once in a while she comes to sit next to me, with her paws on my leg.

Used the My Creative Scrapbook kit from last month with Pink Paislee papers

Needle work from Bazzil

Flower with Stickles, Black crystals from Prima and the paws are from Crafty Secrets

I spayed some Shimmerz Spritz on the flowers
And this layout I started this weekend and finished last night
A photo of myself at kinder garten
Paper is Graphic 45, alpha Thickers and I used some heat embossing powder for the top, stamped with Fancy Pants stamp.

On this puched out flower I put some Ranger glossy accents and sprinkled some glitter powder on before it dried. The black lines are from Heidi Grace rub ons, the crystals from Prima

These flowers are made with the Cuttlebug (Nestalbility die) and sprayed with Shimmerz Spritz
Thank you again for looking at my blog, and for leaving comments.
If you're not a follower, please become one!
Now I'm off working on a mini album, that might take a bit longer then usual!
have a good week!

My Creative Scrapbook kit

Completely in love with the last month's kit of My Creative Scrapbook. Lots of Pink Paislee. I used it all. Think this is the first kit that I wore out! Lol!
This quote I read in a Dutch scrapbook magazine, a interview with Teresa Collins. And this layout is very personal, it's about last year.
I made this the night before my birthday.
It's about growing and learning, both in life and in scrapbooking.

I used lots of Shimmerz and some Stickles on the flowers

The crystals are from ZVA

This chipboard heart is covered with Gesso and then sprayed with Shimmerz Spritz.
There is more from this kit, but I made that into a layout to a sketch for Little Shop of Sketches, so that will be here on wednesday.
Thank you for looking!!

Fall photo's

Julie, our German Shepard and I went for a nice long walk in the woods this morning. I noticed a lot of fungus last week and today there were even more to find. Fall has really come to life.

Does this not look like a cave?

But it's not.... just a fallen tree

Now back to creating!
have a great day

Fashion, Nikki Sivils paper

I used Nikki Sivils paper line Boo-tiful for a non-Halloween layout.
Only used paper, MM paint (orange with a little white) and a touch of Shimmerz Spritz, and a few buttons. How simple it can be!
Have a good weekend!
