bad blogger

I know.... I'm a bad bad blogger this week. I do have a good excuse. Having a terrible cold, not able to do anything but sleep and hanging in front of the tv.

Do have some good news, two of my layouts are published last week in Scrapbook News and Review!

Monique and I have had a wonderful weekend away at the cabin up north. Scrapped, shopped, had a nice lunch and we talked...... so much!

I finished 4 layouts and my mini album. Will show you soon.

First thing I did was my layout for the # 80 sketch for Little Shop of Sketches.

I used Graphic 45 papers with the cute fairy's.

The flowers is custom made by my mum, she know how to make flowers that lady!

The letters I made with my sweet Cricut, I'm so happy with it.

The butterfly pebble is by Prima.

My new toy

I'm in LOVE! *sigh*

Received my new toy and started playing with it today. It's amazing!!

I can show you a sneak peak for the new Bird is the Word challenge. I made this one with the Jasmin cartridge.

Will show you more when the Bird is the Word is up.

Now what to do.... start a new project or starting to pack for my long weekend away

Mmmmm... not sure.....

BTW, I'm having a wonderful week, one of my layouts is going to be published in Englands best selling scrapbook magazine! Have to wait a while though, it's in the early november issue. But I'm ok with that, I just very proud!! lol!

Hi all, welcome to the new year of Little Shop of Sketches.

I used the Fancy Pants Happy together paper again. Totally love this! And don't you just love these photo's? Our cat went up the tree and found this nice place to sit and wait for the birds. He even felt with his paw inside the hole if there was a biridie inside. So funny to see but we do have to find a way to protect the birdhouse.

This resist paper by Pink Paisle featuring the House of Three is simply stunning. First time I looked at it I didn't see what the fuss was about but when I started using my distress ink and glimmer mist I loved it! I want more........

On this last photo you can see the sewing that I did with the easy sew. Have you tried it? It's fun!

Februari Guest Designer for Tidbitz in Time

Hi all, here is my first layout as guest designer for Tidbitz in Time.

It's a small kit club with an inspirational choise of products.

This feb kit contains mostly MME products together with lots of Prima ribbon.

I used a marker to spice up the flower a bit and some of the Prima pearls.
