Lily Bee and purchase

I was so inspired after a morning of scrap shopping in Doorn today. I had to play with my My Creative Scrapbook kit with the Lily Bee papers. This is my second layout with it. It's good for all kinds of layouts. I used it for a photo of our dog and now with a photo of Robin when he was just a little boy. I inked the edges with "Vintage Photo" distress ink. The stamp is a new one from Prima. The music paper is from an old music book bought last summer at a bookmarket.
The big flower is Prima's and the vilt underneeth I cut myself. the little bird is cut out from the Lily Bee paper. The journaling sprout is Jilly Bean Soup. This is my purchase of today. Not as much as I would have liked. There was not a lot new stuff in store yet. Hopefully next week, I might go back if the GCD Studio's Ella Blue is in store.

Lots of Prima, Strawberry and Rasberry lines. Jilly Bean Soup and some Bella BLV.

Thanks for looking!

Prima's reveal

I really can't wait for the reveal of this.
Check out Prima's blog! Have a great weekend! I'm off to do some (read: a lot) of scrap shopping!

Willow Bee - Nikki Sivils

Have you seen the new line Willow Bee of Nikki Sivils yet?
It's so cute, and I adore the 10x10 round paper.
I used a photo of Mara when she was one year old.
Had fun distress inking all the edges, even of the photo.
The flowers are misted wit Glimmer Mist, stamped with the Nikki Sivils stamps of Willow Bee.

This is an "old" stamp of Scrapperware by Karen Burniston.

Some Shimmerz paint on the top flower

I even stamped on the ribbon (through Scrapgal.com) and colored the bee with Copic Markers.

The heart was a gift, just like the square buttons.

And ofcourse I had to use a Prima Pebble. They are so cute!
The card is from an old quarted game.
More info on the Blog Crawl you can find on Nikki Sivils blog. This is going to be lots of fun!
Only 3 more night and then I'm going scrap shopping with Monique. Do tell me what are your favorite products at the moment, what is on your wish list.

LYB

Vacation photo's this time of 2008 when we went for a trip to a very tiny town called Vilsteren.
There is a very beautiful house with lots of land and forest. We went into the forest for a walk and had to climb over big fallen down trees to find our way back!
But we had so much fun! I used Little Yellow Bicyble papers and embellishments

Prima flowers and added a little Shimmerz Paints

My sowing machine was still ready to be used

The chipboard flower is a white one from Heidi Swapp.
I had some fun playing with Alcohol Ink from Ranger.
That had been a while but still nice to use.
Thank you for looking! Enjoy your week,

Layouts and photo's to share

Hi all, how's life?
I had a very nice week with a lot of creativity, due to the snow.
I have two layouts to share with you. The first one is a black and white.
I made this for a contest at A Cherry on Top, do check them out, they have great contest and challenges.
There is some Glossy Accents on the die cut.

Teresa Collins and Rhonna Farrar papers, most of it is from a My Creative Scrapbook kit.

This photo was made through the window of our living room.

See how cold it is?

Pretty ice stars on the window of the shed.

Inspired by the kit of My Scrapbook Nook, I bought me some Basic Grey Origins paper and turned it into a boyish layout for Robin.

This Regal Tile is from Tattered Angels, Glimmer Misted it and highlighted with Shimmerz Paints.
Also used some Magic Mesh.
Finally got the sowing machine out!

Alpha is Doodlebug, party mix

Our sweet Julie

The woods at a very small town called "Drie". Most of the snow was melted.

But then we got new fresh snow again!

My box with Nikki Sivils goodies came this week (almost hugged the mailman, but he so scared of the dog so he ran!!)
Nikki put in a catalog:

Look at that! Doesn't that look like my heart shaped layout? How cooll are the stamps.......

I'm so proud and thankful! But I guess you already know! lol!
I wish you a very nice and creative weekend,
