Fabric and tissue paper

Mix fabric with tissue paper and you create something special.

I found this on the Shimmerz Paints Education blog and I knew I had to try this.

I've made some photo's about how it's works but there is a video on the Shimmerz blog to show you step by step.

I started with a piece of fabric. I had this laying around, but you also can use real cheap fabric.

I've added some water to the Mod Podge (I had only the glitter one) and tore up the tissue paper. In Dutch we call it "Patroon papier".

So you start with putting the glue to the fabric,
then add the pieces of paper to it.See the glitter? That's fun of using this kind of glue.
Over the paper you put another layer of glue.

After I finished the whole cloth, it was still wet I started playing with my Glimmer Mist.

Let this dry overnight and then you can treat it like normal scrapping paper.

I've taken my MCS kit again with the gorgeous Webster Pages,

And added some super cute Prima flowers
