Sketch Another Freaking Scrappy Challenge

Here's the sketch and challenge from Another Freaking Scrappy Challenge

A sketch is a sketch you would say but this has a twist, the challenge is to make this about a group you belonged to when you were a child or teen. Girlscout, a sport group or like me, a group of friends. We used to hang out at the dance club and after our ballroom and latin lessons we went to Rotterdam or like this evening, to Scheveningen to watch the fireworks after a nice pizza dinner.

Epiphany Crafts meets Echo Park

The first week of this month Epiphany Crafts teamed up with Echo Park and this is my layout for the blogpost:

The EC round 14 fitts just on the cute faces of the Echo Park paper!
I took off the smallest piece of the felt and replaced that with the EC heart 25.
After praying with Glimmer Mist I used some ink and added embossing powder. Then some splashes Clearsnap Smooch.
This punched out snowflake from a Martha Stewart Punch is mounted with the 3d squares by http://www.scrapbook-adhesives.com/3d-foam-squares-black-variety-pack Scrapbook Adhesives. I cut the small ones in half and that fitts just right. Love to use their My Stik Dispenser as well! http://www.scrapbook-adhesives.com/mystik-permanent-strips-dispenser

Another freaking scrappy challenge

Hi all, sorry I can't seem to get the photo downwards this time. Blogger is giving me trouble today!
Well, the layout is what's it's all about anyway. Lol!
This layout I made for the challenge blog that I'm proud to be a part of.
Another freaking scrappy challenge
http://another-freaking-scrappy-challenge.blogspot.com/2012/02/1-february-2012-challenge.html
Have you been there yet? It's worth to have a look. So much inspiration and two great challenges every month. One is a on the first of each month. Just a fun challenge and the 15th of each month you can find a great sketch with a twist.
This month's first challenge is scrap about your teenage or childhood love or crush.
For me that was a rock band called Vitesse. I've seen them live once on a radio concert called Lost Vast. That was a radio show somewhere in Holland with live acts. I must have been 13 or 14. I can still remember where I bought the LP. So happy with it. I played it over and over again.

I printed the photo on Canvas. That's so much fun!
Supplies:
Tim Holtz distress cardstock
Hambly Rubons - vintage corners
Ranger distress ink - festive berries
Prima's Ingvild Bolme distress tool
Lily Bee Design Head over heals paper

Glitz Design teeny alpha - rose grunge
Martha Stewart writing pen
Scrapbook Adhesives 3d foam squares
Epiphany Crafts heart 25
