Even more Bo Bunny

Goodmorning all, it's time for another sketch by Tanya Leigh for Little Shop of Sketches. Still enjoying the Bo Bunny "Petal Pushers" line. It's so sweet and cheerful. I just had to use it again.
This is our cat when he was just a little kitten. Sitting in a pink play bag you would think it's a girl but no way! He's a real man...... he fights, brings home mice and yells LOUD!!
But he's also very sweet, kids can do anything with him. Mara even dressed him up in a dolls outfit once. He will never bite or scratch.
This is the wonderful sketch, it was a very nice one to work with.
Here are some details, I used only Bo Bunny with Distress Ink, beeswax and Glimmer Mist.

Thank you for looking, I will be back tomorrow with the last layouts of the Treasured Scrapbooking July kit layouts!

Bo Bunny crazy!

As you might know, Bo Bunny had auditions for their Design Team...... that is one dream I hope that will come true so I submitted..... Here's what I made with these wonderful papers and embellishments.
The first is with Block Party, So cool, So different! So Vibrant!!
Used a lot of Distress Inks and Glimmer Mist.

The next page is also with Block Party with just a splash of Calypso. These two lines go so well together, the colors match just perfect!

Crystals are Prima's

I've heat embossed a Prima stamp with Blonde Moments embossing powder

I also made two cards, one with Calypso

and one with Petal Pushers

And then the Altered Item.... once I saw this heart I knew I wanted this to be with Petal Pushers. Isn't it sweet?

Hope you enjoy this creative work. I had such fun making it.
Enjoy your week!

Back home again

Hi all, so nice to be back after two weeks at the cabin!
And I have a lot to show you!! I took my scrappy stuff with me, well not all but I did pack my Treasured Scrapbooking kit and the things of Ladybug and Friends.
So I start with showing you my first sketch. Each month you can expect a sketch for TS, this one is made by hand cause I find it hard to sketch with Paint Shop Pro.
All the DT members have sketches made, you can find them in the gallery
This is the layout with the July kit of TS, wonderful papers of 7 Gypsies.

The next layout you can find in the TS newsletter of this month.
I chose a layout from the gallery and lifted it.
This layout is by LauraJean

I flipped the photo to the other site, seems like I rather work from the left site out.

Using the Fancy Pants line Wishful Thinking, so in love with this!
Flowers are from Prima, buttons unknown and I sprayed with Heidi Swapp's Glimmer Mist and Chalkboard from Tattered Angels.

Then there is a Christmas layout for the Ladybug And Friends blogpost "Christmas in July".
I've used all LB&F papers and flowers, colored with Glimmer Mist.
The stamps are also from LB&F
I used some tule and lace from the local market and the button is also from my own stash.
Go check out the blog and be blown away by the wonderful cards. They are truly amazing!!

Last but not least is sketch #66 by Tanya's Little Shop of Sketches.
You can find the sketches on the blog but also on Facebook together with the DT's layouts.
Tanya is looking for new designers to join the team, so give it a try girls! It's fun!!
Again I used the Fancy Pants papers, with Prima felt flowers.

You know, I totally forgot to take a photo of my scrappy space that I created at the cabin. I'm so sorry! I had a table in front of the window looking out on the garden. WOW!
A total of 7 layouts made at that nice spot. Will show you more very soon!

It's good to be back, now I'm off to give (read: fight to get it in!) our dear cat Mr. Darcy one of his pills. Poor thing has an infected paw and needs to stay indoors. He sure doesn't like that!

A challenge at TSB

Hi all, well the DT at Treasured Scrapbooking officially started yesterday and do we have challenges for you!
First I want to show you the Treasured Scrapbooking kit that arrived last tuesday. It's packed with lots of pretty double sided papers, thickers and other goodies.
I can't wait to get started with this.
There is more then enough to makes lots of layouts, cards and altered items.

Here's the layout I made for my challenge, it's all about getting those paints out!
Used my paint instead of the Distress Inks and I'm happy how that turned out.
It dried pretty fast with this warm weather too! lol!
Don't you just love this Crate Paper collection?
I also painted the flowers, the chipboard and glazed that later on.

If you like good challenges, join us at the message board, Mette has a mixed manu challenge and there is a challenge to work with eyelets again or if you like a good journaling challenge......
Come in and introduce yourself. It's a fun place to hang out!
This next layout I made last week, with Nikki Sivils papers.
My little girl was (and still is) font of music. She loved to put on the headphones and listen with a very serious face!

the words are stamped with paint

Well, I'm off to create some more, play with my new kit and there is also a good box from LadyBug and Friends waiting.
Do enjoy the tropical weather, relax and keep drinking!
